This is the only thing I can think of to cause what you say happened. I have never, ever, experienced what you have any any single reset. I have never lost any of my legit items (which is 99% of everything I get) for all 8 or so years I've played. There is no reliable source for whatever happened to you because it seems like an aberration to the ladder reset process. Ge vortalex fan parts. They specifically state what a latter reset does. I feel that you were on the receiving end of an unfavorable artifact.
